Early Intervention Physical Therapist
At NeuroFit Institute, we believe children and families deserve more than standard care. They deserve therapists who bring excellence and creativity into every visit, lead with compassion and empathy, honor each family and child’s dignity, and foster growth through empowerment and nurture.
We’re a therapist-owned practice with a high-drive, high-support culture, and we’re looking for like-minded colleagues who raise the bar for those around them. Here, growth means being comfortable with the uncomfortable: leaning into feedback, both giving and receiving, as part of daily practice. If you thrive in collaboration, believe in empowering families, and want to grow in your craft while embodying these values, you may be the colleague we’re looking for.
The Ideal Candidate is:

Accountable and reliable: follows through on commitments without needing constant oversight
Consistent performer: sustains a high standard of care and professionalism day to day
Growth-minded: embraces feedback and leans into the uncomfortable, where growth happens — not to chase perfection, but to better serve families, colleagues, and yourself
Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development
Proactive communicator and collaborator: uplifting and inspiring your colleagues as they do for you
Creative and enthusiastic in your approach to care
Aligned in priorities: You recognize your responsibility to clients, families, and colleagues — not just personal convenience
